Leadership is a key to successful ICT programs. Key Implementation factor number nine states that school-level leaders must be trained in facilitating second-order change. There must be a focus on the changes that will drive the continuous and sustained improvements expected from 1:1 programs, including increasing student learning and finding efficiency that leads to revenue-positive results. Inquiry and professional learning for leaders must be integral to the process.
