Intel® Learning Series Self Verification Program Order Form
This order form is for vendors wishing to borrow Intel® Learning Series classmate PC systems for a very short duration to perform development or Self Verification in conjunction with the Intel Learning Series Self platforms. These units will be delivered to you with Windows 7* Starter edition and the Intel Learning Series core stack of software. Units may be kept for 14 days from the date of delivery, but must be returned promptly. You will be responsible for the unit while you are in possession of it. Units that are damaged by you will need to be replaced at your cost. Units that are not returned promptly may also result in charges. You may only use these units if you are a member of the Intel Learning Series Alliance, and if your membership is terminated for any reason you must promptly return the unit.
You may install other software and operating systems on these units for the purpose of test and development efforts associated with Intel Learning Series programs. Please consult the Intel Learning Series Web site for more information about these products. The units used in this program are the default Self Verification program units (generally the current convertible platform). Please fill out all information below and return this form to the site admin for the Intel Learning Series web site to request units. You will receive a reply within 5 regular business days to acknowledge receipt and let you know an approximate shipping date.
