Clustering and Virtualization without External Storage
The Intel® Shared LUN enables advanced clustering and virtualization applications on the Intel® Modular Server, without the expense and complexity of configuring external SANs. Administrators can map a virtual drive on up to 6 compute modules simultaneously.
This key is required prior to activation of the Intel® Modular Server Virtualization Manager.
Activate the Software
This software upgrade is activated by typing in the Intel Shared LUN license key on Intel® Modular Server. The license key is generated with a unique paper pack ID# and system serial# at the Intel® Modular Server License Key Activation website.
The paper pack ID# for Intel® Shared LUN can be purchased with a product code: MFSLUNKEY.
