A Message from Intel’s President and CEO

Our business accomplishments are a direct result of our diverse employees around the globe—our differences are our strength, and we will continue to hire and retain the best talent from an increasingly global and diverse labor pool. We believe this will result in a better understanding of our customers' needs and better products tailored to those needs, and will ultimately advance Intel's global leadership position. Simply put, we want to be the best at everything we do.

Reaching our goals around workforce demographics is the fundamental next step. Our strategy is focused on hiring and retaining top talent to ensure continuous improvement toward our aggressive goal of industry leadership. We maintain our commitment to the development of our employees by providing opportunities for challenging assignments and holding our managers accountable for building strong and vital organizations.
