About Intel ColoradoColorado is home to the Fort Collins Design Center (FCDC), established in Fort Collins since 2005, and a small facility in Longmont. An Intel fab in Colorado Springs, Fab 23, has ceased production and is on the market.

As of January 2009, Intel Colorado had approximately 400 employees in Fort Collins, 20 in Longmont, and 125 in Colorado Springs.

Employees take their talent and dedication beyond Intel's walls into the community, where they are actively involved in local education and civic programs.

Intel employees in Colorado are living up to Intel's corporate value of being an asset in our communities worldwide.

Intel Colorado employees reported 8,800 hours of volunteer work in their local communities during 2008, providing personal help to diverse organizations and generating $14,200 in donations to local schools and non–profits under the Intel Involved Volunteer Matching Grant Program.

Intel Colorado employees contributed $468,000 to Intel's Community Giving Campaign for the United Way in 2008. With an Intel Foundation match, Intel Colorado's United Way donations totaled $914,700 for local community organizations.

Intel is driving impactful education programs in Colorado, particularly through grants to Colorado State University and the University of Northern Colorado.

An Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF)–affiliated state science fair is held in Fort Collins annually.
