There are four types of licensing models for Intel® XML Software Suite: Evaluation License; Single-User Developer License; Production Internal Use License, and Production Redistribution License. See the End User License Agreement for specific details on each. Note: The Production Redistribution License is only available for purchase by directly contacting Intel Customer Support.

When I buy a copy of Intel® XML Software Suite, can I redistribute the runtime library files with my company's software?

No. If you have a need to redistribute portions of the product, please contact Intel Customer Support to obtain information detailing the rights, terms, and conditions for redistribution.

Do I need to buy an Intel® XML Software Suite license for each copy of our software that we sell that includes the Intel® XML Software Suite?

Yes, a production redistribution license agreement is required if the Intel® XML Software Suite is included in the software package subsequently sold by you or your company. Check the Intel® XML Software Suite end user license agreement for more details.
