The Intel Software Partner Program is designed specifically to deliver development resources, programming tools, and access to expertise that help you speed up the development process. The Accelerate! program showcases key aspects of the program and provides additional incentives to bring products to market quickly.
From March 1 through June 30, 2009, when you complete your software development work, Accelerate! provides the opportunity for you to enter a competition to win a grand prize of a US$5000 marketing campaign or a monthly prize of a Netbook computer.
Take Advantage of Resources and Then Show Your Creativity It is easy to participate. Go to the Accelerate! landing page for complete details and follow these steps:- Step 1: Start your Software Project. The first thing you need to do—if you haven't already—is to initiate a software project with the program during the period of March 1 through June 30, 2009. That helps you get better products to market sooner, with winning tools, expertise, and other resources from Intel. Here's how.
- Step 2: Complete your project by June 30, 2009. Once you have finished the tasks outlined in your project plan, your product will take advantage of Intel technologies and be ready to stand out in the market. Submit an online Project Completion Report on the Intel Software Partner Program website to record your results with the program and take your software to market.
- Step 3: Complete the Accelerate! online entry form. The online entry, which you can find on the Accelerate! landing page, starts with some basic contact information, an overview of your software project, and a description of how it innovates around Intel technology. It also gives you the opportunity to use your creative marketing skills to propose a US$5000 marketing campaign for your software.
The Intel Software Partner Program will review and judge the entries and select the competition winners. Three monthly winners per month in March, April, and May 2009 will win a Netbook computer based on the Intel® Atom™ processor. At the end of the Accelerate! period, one winner will be selected from each of the seven program business geography regions to win a US$5000 marketing campaign. Additional Accelerate! Incentive – MID Stimulus Package The Accelerate! program offers an additional incentive for Intel Software Partner Program members to complete their Mobile Internet Device (MID) software projects. During the months of March, April, and May 2009, the Intel Software Partner Program will evaluate and judge Accelerate! entry forms for MID projects and select up to 15 monthly winners of Netbooks based on the Intel® Atom™ processor for those three months.
