You can monitor your individual activity in the program by visiting the Personal Dashboard, located in the upper left corner of the site when you log in. You can track your current program activities in the "My Benefits Utilization" pane. You can also easily view those initiatives in which your company is participating, and quickly connect to your current phase of these initiatives in the "My Initiatives" pane. Moreover, the dashboard makes personalized recommendations in the “Recommended Next Steps” pane about things you can do to get more out of the program. Your Personal Dashboard also lets you subscribe and unsubscribe to the program newsletter.

The Company Dashboard provides similar resources to the Personal Dashboard, but it is tailored to the needs of your entire organization, under the administration of a program manager for your company’s membership. That person manages the overall company's experience in the program by means of the following capabilities:

• Approve or decline enrollments of participants within the company
