If you are a member of the program, simply login to the partner program website, navigate to Technical Resources from the left hand navigation area, and select Remote Access to Intel® Development Systems.

The majority of the benefits are available to all members without any
prerequisites. For some benefits, a corporate non-disclosure agreement must be accepted by a representative from your company with the appropriate legal authority. The individual benefit descriptions will highlight any specific requirements.
