back to topHow do I find out if my company is already a partner in the
Intel® Software Partner Program?
During
enrollment, you will be asked whether you would like to enroll as a new company, or as a new participant in an existing partner company. You can then view a list of partner companies to determine if your company is already a program member.
Once you are a program member, you can also access your partner
dashboard by selecting
My Dashboard in the left navigation bar and proceeding to your company dashboard to see which of your colleagues is a participant in your company membership.
^
back to topHow do I reset my password and log-in information?
To reset your password and log-in information, please log in to the Partner Program and access your partner dashboard by selecting My Dashboard in the left navigation bar. Then, select your personal profile and click on My Username & Password. If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it
here.

back to topHow do I update my profile?
Completing and maintaining your personal profile ensures that you will receive the information that is most relevant to you and your company. Individual participants can update their personal profiles, while program managers for a company's membership also have the ability to update their company's profile.
To update either, access your partner dashboard by selecting
My Dashboard in the left navigation bar. Then, select either your personal profile or your company profile. You can then make edits to your profile. To save all changes prior to exiting your profile, click submit at the bottom of the page.

back to topWhat is a program manager? What is a program participant?
The program manager for your company membership is the first person to enroll in this program from your company and manages your company’s experience within this program. The program manager has the ability to edit your company profile, manage your legal documents, manage participants within your company membership, approve or decline enrollments of participants within your company membership, and approve or decline referrals to others within your company. The program manager can re-assign this program administration responsibility to another participant within your company membership by simply visiting your company dashboard to make this change.
Program participants are additional people within your company who enroll in the program within your company membership. Although program participants may view the company dashboard, the only person with the ability to make changes to the information in the company dashboard is the program manager.
^
back to topHow do I change the format in which I receive email? I chose
text, but now I want HTML.
Access your partner dashboard by selecting
My Dashboard in the left navigation bar. Then, access your personal profile and choose My Preferences.
^
back to topWhere can I see all benefits available to my company?
For all benefits available to you, refer to the
Benefits Table. This table lists partner benefits by membership level and product lifecycle phase.
^
back to topHow do I recommend others join the program?
Access your partner dashboard by selecting
My Dashboard in the left navigation bar. Then, click on the Invite Others to Participate link.
^
back to topWhat will Intel do with any information I provide? How do I
know that it will be kept private?
All information you provide will be kept confidential and available to Intel only. You can learn more about this by reading Intel’s
privacy policy.

back to topI am getting web browser Security pop-up messages when navigating the site. Why is this happening?
These messages will generally appear when moving from a secure part of the site, such as enrollment and login, to non-secure parts of the site. This is normal as Intel uses secure pages to collect any sensitive information. Click continue, but validate that you are on an Intel site. You may be seeing more of these messages if you have upgraded recently, because higher security settings were made the default in later versions of some browsers.
^
back to topHow do I submit feedback on the site?
Select the
Partner Support page from the left navigation bar, and send us a message by using the Contact Us form.
^
back to topWhere do I go for further help on how to use this website?
More helpful resources, including a contact form to reach an Intel
representative, are available on the
Partner Support page, accessible from the left navigation bar.
