– Intel India, an early mover in the digital and social media space, has launched an innovative digital campaign ‘Picture Your Passion’ (
) to promote its 2nd generation Intel Core Processors. Aimed at cricket enthusiasts, the campaign leverages the “Visibly Smart” positioning of the 2nd Generation Intel® Core ™ processors- processors that combine smart performance and stunning visuals. The campaign runs from April 14 to May 28, 2011.
The campaign is based on a visual theme and undoubtedly India’s No. 1 obsession– Cricket! Timed perfectly with the ongoing IPL, the campaign inspires consumers to create their cricket masterpiece on
bringing the walls of their city alive with their visuals.
With the help of tools provided on the site, the consumer can experiment with various visuals, color and styles to create their own stunning visual. The unique tool box provided allows the user to choose different backgrounds of their choice and the brushes section allows them tweak this background with colors and their creativity. Image gallery is the hub of players from which the user chooses their favorite player and creates a visual treat around it to decorate their city wall along with a brief text.
Every week top rated visuals would be rewarded and will be showcased as Intel’s Visuals Artists of the Week. Their visual will be featured in the Winner’s Gallery on the site.
For this campaign, India’s only Graffiti club has been commissioned to paint a 150’ X 15’ wall on Freedom Park in Bangalore for the TV commercial. Popular artists Hanif Qureshi, Graffiti Artist & Deelip Khomane, Illustrator will be judging the winners as well and contributing to the site.
