The Intel® Education Initiative focuses on preparing today's teachers and students for tomorrow's demands. Intel Education Initiative reflects Intel's commitment to education, and promotes effective use of technology in classrooms all over the world. The goals of this initiative are:
Improving science and math in primary and secondary education
Increasing the effective use of technology in classroom teaching
Broadening access to technology
Increasing the number of people, especially women and minorities, pursuing technical careers
As part of this effort, the Intel Education Web site is designed primarily for teachers and technology coordinators. It provides information about Intel education programs as well as content and services that support science, math, engineering, and technology education.
