Intel Teach Program Portfolio
The Intel® Teach Program is a proven, worldwide professional development program that helps educators enhance 21st century learning through the effective use of technology.

Empowering 21st century teaching and learning

With over 6 million teachers trained in 50 countries, and 18,000 in Australia, Intel Teach has been driving systemic change in teaching and learning since 1999. Teachers learn from other teachers how, when and where to incorporate technology into their lesson plans, with a focus on developing students' higher-order thinking skills. They experience new approaches to create assessment tools and align lessons with educational learning goals and state standards/syllabus outcomes.

How it works

Intel Teach Elements courses comprise eLearning content which can be approached as self study. There are also options for education departments and sectors to offer the courses via a facilitated model (F2F, online or hybrid).

Other Intel Teach courses use a "train the trainer" model to provide both face-to-face and online instruction. In these instances a Senior Trainer trains Master Trainers at a central location, who then return to their schools to deliver training to Participant Teachers.

To ensure that the program maintains relevancy Intel has a strong belief in the value of independent evaluation, with global and local feedback regularly used to guide program and curriculum development.
