Recognition from Tsukuba Board of Education, Japan
 
 
Recognition from Tsukuba Board of Education, JapanIntel Japan won recognition from the head of Tsukuba Board of Education (BOE) for its great contribution to schools and BOE in the city of Tsukuba. Intel supported the city to improve the ICT infrastructure for education and donated fifty recycled PCs and used furniture.






 
3 Recognitions from the Department of Education & Department of Science and Technology, Philippines
 
 
Intel Philippines won 3 recognitions from Department of Education, Department of Education – Cavite Division and Department of Science and Technology for its contribution to improve the quality of local education through the Adopt-a-School-Program, Volunteer Matching Grants program and Intel Philippines science fair from March to November, 2007.

 
Intel recognized during 20th Anniversary celebration of the Department of Science and Technology Science Education Institute (DOST SEI)
 
 
Intel Philippines is recognized by the Department of Science and Technology Science Education Institute (DOST SEI) for its great support to education in the country during the 20th Anniversary of DOST SEI.

Intel recognized during 20th Anniversary celebration of the Department of Science and Technology Science Education Institute (DOST SEI). Anjan Ghosh, Intel APAC Corporate Affairs Group Manager, received a plaque of recognition on behalf of Intel for being “an active partner in nurturing the genius and talented young scientists of the country” as part of our supportive efforts for the Intel Philippine Science Fair. The award also recognizes “Intel‘s corporate commitment to help uplift the quality of science teaching in the country through various teacher training and capacity building programs.” DOST Secretart Estrella Alabastro and SEI Director Ester Ogena gave the award. DOST SEI has been Intel’s partner under the Education Programs since 1998.

Intel Thailand Education received an official letter from Thailand MOE
 
 
Intel Thailand Education received an official letter from Thailand MOE that said Intel Thailand was recognized for it’s contribution in Education and was invited as honorable guests to the 115 year-Anniversary of Thailand MOE. While there were total of 57 awardees under the permanent secretary list, Intel was the only external Enterprise making the recognition exceptional and even more valuable.

Intel Education Manager, Vietnam was commended for his impressive contribution to the development of Vietnam Education. At the 1st Vietnam Commendation Ceremony for exceptional contributors (enterprises and individuals) to the development of Education dated June 5, 2007 at Parliamentary Hall, he was granted by the President of Vietnam and Minister of MOET with campaign medal and certificate of merit. Within the last 3 years, Nguyen Thuong Hai has contributed to the training of some 15,000 teachers on Intel Education Programs, which was highly recognized by Vietnam MOET. He was amongst few individuals, let alone member from external enterprise, nominated by the MOET to receive that credit. Intel Education Manager, Vietnam was commended for his impressive contribution to the development of Vietnam Education.
