Travel Information
An economy-class round-trip flight should be booked through a KERIS designated travel agency, and sent to participants in the form of a Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA) or e-ticket. For travel from the airport, it is recommended that participants take the KAL Limousine which runs from the Airport to the Sofitel. A round trip ticket for the KAL Limousine will also be provided by KERIS. Bus Name is Namsan (Line 2)
Accommodation
KERIS has made reservations for November 16-22 at the Sofitel, Seoul. Reservations will be confirmed according to your flight schedule.

Expenses
KERIS will cover the round-trip economy class airplane ticket. KERIS will also pay for the following: hotel accommodations at the Sofitel and meals (including breakfast). Any other expenses aside from those listed that are incurred during your stay at Sofitel will be the responsibility of the participant.
