Intel Research & Development Group is an internal group of technical experts focused on breakthrough research in a wide variety of topics. These groups work with universities across India, identifying project grants designed to advance key research areas.
 
Intel Multi-Core University ProgramIntel Multi-Core University Program ›
Intel Corporation is supporting select universities who are involved in education surrounding advancing the move of Multi-Core architecture. Specifically, Intel is looking to fund research and curriculum that will be centered on Intel Multi-Core architecture (Intel® Multi-Core). Intel Higher Education in India initiated Multi-Core research and Curriculum Development program focused on Intel Multi-Core architecture (Intel Multi-Core university program).

Intel India Research Center comprises of 2 important labs, Bangalore Design Labs (BDL), a sister group to Circuit Research Labs, Oregon and Systems Research Center (SRC), a sister group to Circuit Research Labs, Oregon. The broad areas of focus for Intel India Research Center are Silicon prototyping and Systems research.
 
 
 
International Conference on High Performance Computing
The 14th annual International Conference on High Performance Computing (HiPC 2007) will be held in Goa, India, during December 18-21, 2007. It will serve as a forum to present the current work by researchers from around the world as well as highlight activities in Asia in the high performance computing area. The meeting focuses on all aspects of high performance computing systems and their scientific, engineering, and commercial applications.
