Intel Japan Inspires Junior High School Students

The annual ‘Intel Junior High School Student Day’, an open day which seeks to inspire students to follow a career in science and technology, took place this October with the support of 30 Intel volunteers.

The event is part of the Intel® Involved in the Community, a volunteer program that sees Intel and its employees interact with local communities, in areas such as technology inclusion and education.

The open day sees Intel invite students into its facilities, to show them science and technology in action and learn about their application in industry.

The day was a great success with 39 local students attending, all of whom said they intended to attend again next year.
