Since launched in 2002, Intel® Teach Program in Korea turns 5 in 2007 reaching almost 50,000 educators nationwide.
“Nationwide Teacher Association preparing for Future Education (NTAFE)”, Korean voluntary teacher community consisting of Intel Teach graduates celebrated the 5 years of program and their own friendship. In the evening of September 7, 2007, over 100 educators and government officers met at the beautiful Northern Mountain of Seoul and enjoyed the delightful reunion. Mr. Oh, Jaeduk, MOE (Ministry of Education) Sr. officer, Mr. Jung Sungmoo, KERIS and Lee, Janun, President of Kwangjoo Education & Information Research Center gave heartwarming welcome speech. From Intel Corporation, Shelly Esque, Global CAG (Corporate Affair Group) Director and Anjan Ghosh, APAC (Asia Pacific Area Countries) CAG Director also joined the whole evening with teachers recognizing and encouraging local educators and government officers.
