The new Intel® Technology Provider Program has been designed to support the sales and marketing efforts of all channel partners that specify, design, build, or resell Intel-based technology solutions through a single, unified membership program. The new Intel Technology Provider Program introduces new membership levels with a range of scalable membership benefits to help you grow your business and take advantage of new opportunities. Designed to recognize the total value of Intel-based solutions you sell, your membership benefits grow as you qualify for the new Gold Partner and Platinum Partner membership levels. |

You can move up to Gold Partner or Platinum Partner status as soon you have met the associated membership criteria for that level. You will be notified by email when you are eligible to become a Gold Partner. To complete the upgrade to Gold Partner or Platinum Partner status, you will be required to provide additional information about your business.

The Intel Technology Provider program offers three membership levels:
As a Registered Partner, you have access to partners-only content on the Intel® Reseller Center web site, channel e-newsletters, and online training on Intel® products and solutions, at no cost to your organization.
As you grow your business with Intel and meet key membership criteria, you will become eligible for Gold Partner status with access to enhanced support, training, channel events, sales tools, rewards, and use of Gold Partner membership assets to demonstrate your relationship with Intel to your customers.
Platinum Partner status is reserved for our most valued program members who demonstrate superior business and technical skills as well as leadership in the development of innovative customer solutions based on Intel® technologies. Platinum Partners receive our top benefits including rebates, advanced support, marketing resources, exclusive invitations, expertise recognition, and the use of Platinum Partner membership assets.

As a partner, you are required to complete annual renewal of your membership by updating your business profile, accept the Intel Technology Provider Program Terms & Conditions and the Intel® Channel Trademark License Agreement.
To renew your Gold Partner or Platinum Partner status, you are also required to meet the corresponding membership criteria.

Intel determines the value of systems sold from either:
- Qualified product purchases from Intel® Authorized Distributors
- Total Intel value of the Intel-based desktop, mobile, server, and other finished systems purchased and resold
Intel Value is based on the total number of systems sold multiplied by the Platform Resell Value which Intel will assign to each platform (e.g., desktop, notebook, etc.) | | |

- Processors: Any Intel® desktop, mobile, server, or workstation processor
- Motherboards: Any Intel® desktop or server motherboard
- Intel® Modular Server
- Intel® Solid-State Drives (Intel® SSD)
- Components: Any Intel® server components (RAID controller, chassis adapter, or server system) and Intel® VOIP card

| To upgrade to Gold Partner status, you must be an active Registered Partner plus meet the
following additional criteria: To complete your upgrade to Gold Partner status, you will be required to provide additional information about your business. You will be notified by email when you are eligible to become a Gold Partner. Once approved, you can take full advantage of the Gold Partner program benefits. | | |

To upgrade to Platinum Partner status, you must be an active Gold Partner plus meet the following additional criteria:
- Employees in your organization must complete 100 training credits from the qualified training list.
- You must complete Platinum Partner business profile questions.
- Achieve total annual Intel systems sold value exceeding $250K for the prior
calendar year (Jan-Dec):
- Qualified1 product purchases from Intel® Authorized Distributors
- Total Intel value2 of the Intel based desktop, mobile, server, and other finished systems purchased and resold
- You must have two registered employee contacts with individual industry technical certifications.
- You must have at least one registered employee contact with a marketing job function.
- You must have company membership in at least one other recognized third-party Intel® Channel Partner Program:
- Hardware or networking vendor
- Software vendor
- Solutions provider

2Intel Value is based on the total number of systems sold multiplied by the Platform Resell Value which Intel will assign to each platform (e.g., desktop, notebook, etc.) Note: While the list of products that count toward membership criteria currently remains unchanged, Intel reserves the right to alter this list without prior notice.
To apply for an upgrade to Platinum Partner status, you will be required to provide additional information about your business. The application will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. You can prepare by gathering the information below.
- Numbers of computer systems, by platform, your company has sold in the last calendar year (January - December)
- The names and contact information of two technical/engineering staff with industry certifications
- The name and contact information for at least one technology marketing staff person
- The name(s) of other technology partner programs to which your company belongs

Intel® Technology Provider Partners have access to a range of scalable benefits that grow with their business:
Standard benefits:
Standard benefits are provided automatically according to your membership level, are available for your full year of membership, and are renewed annually with your membership. Enhanced benefits:
Two additional levels of enhanced benefits are available to Gold Partners and Platinum Partners, and may be unlocked by meeting minimum annual purchase volumes of qualifying Intel components.** - Level 1 enhanced benefits are available to Gold Partners or Platinum Partners
who achieve a minimum component purchase volume of $5,000 per year.
- Level 2 enhanced benefits are available exclusively to Platinum Partners who achieve a minimum component purchase volume* of $500,000 per year.

Membership benefits are not transferable, nor can they be swapped for other benefits.

| Transition for current Intel® Channel Partner Program members to the new 2011 Intel Technology Provider Program | |

Existing members of the 2010 Intel® Channel Partner Program and/or members of the 2010 Intel Technology Provider Program will be automatically transitioned to the unified 2011 Intel Technology Provider Program.
Membership in the new 2011 Intel Technology Provider Program is annual, and partners
will be required to renew their membership at the end of 2011 in addition to maintaining the requirements for their current membership level. The annual renewal process commences in Q4, and looks at the partner's previous 12 month qualifying activity and purchase history to ensure the membership criteria have been fulfilled for renewal. Renewals or downgrades will occur in January 2012, and you will be advised automatically by email of your renewed membership level. Upgrades - Partners can upgrade to Gold Partner or Platinum Partner status during 2011
provided you meet the required membership criteria for the next membership level. | | |
