My Windows XP operating system does not install on my 3 Series Chipset Desktop Board (DG33BU, DG33FB, DG33TL, DP35DP)?

Please follow the below steps:

Re-boot the system and enter the BIOS by pressing F2 at the BIOS splash screen
From inside the BIOS, select the 'Advanced' tab
Next select the 'Drive Configuration' option
Scroll down to 'Configure SATA as' option and press enter
Select IDE to change the setting from AHCI
Press F10 to exit saving changes, and 'Y' to confirm the changes

Your Window XP operating system should now load on to your desktop system.
