Whether you're already a programme member or joining for the first time, get the details about enrolling, renewing, and moving up. Stay in the know and make sure your membership is current so you don't miss out on programme benefits.

About your membership

Your new programme name is Intel® Channel Partner Program Premier Member; it is already effective. Your new benefits will be effective at programme launch July 1, 2006. We continue to invest in new and improved benefits that will help you build your business, so be sure to check back often.

Your annual membership follows the calendar year, running from January through December. The qualification period to meet your membership criteria for the following year is October 1 of the year prior to your current membership year through September 30 of your current membership year (this is Q4 through Q3 on Intel's fiscal calendar). For example, qualification for Premier membership in 2007 will be assessed from October 2005 through September 2006.

What you need to do:

There is no specific action required on July 1, 2006; you are already in the programme. There will be no change to your 2006 membership period (it will extend through 2006). You should already have accepted the Intel® Channel Partner Program Terms & Conditions. To maintain your Premier status going forward, simply continue to meet the Premier Member criteria and respond to the invitation to renew your Premier Membership each year in Q4.

Renewal details

Your opportunity for renewal begins in October and runs through December 2006.
What you need to do:

Meet the Premier Member criteria for October 2005 through September 2006. Ask your primary contact to complete a Premier Member renewal application online, including the following: Updated profile Annual programme Terms & Conditions Channel Trademark License Agreement, including Premier Member Logo License Corporate Non-disclosure Agreement If you have moved up to Premier Member status between July and December of any year, you are not required to go through the renewal process for that year. However, if you have moved up between January and June, you do need to renew during the Q4 renewal period.

About your membership

Your new programme name is Intel® Channel Partner Program Associate Member. Your new name and new benefits will be effective at programme launch July 1, 2006. As an Associate Member, you now have your own membership logo. Be sure to accept the Intel Channel Partner Program Associate Member Channel Trademark License Agreement so you can take advantage of this great differentiator. We continue to invest in new and improved benefits that will help you build your business, so be sure to check back often.

As a current programme member, at programme launch you will be automatically transitioned into the new programme at your equivalent level. To remain an Intel Channel Partner Program Associate Member, you must accept the new Intel® Channel Partner Program Terms & Conditions and validate your member profile. Please be sure to do this by December 31, 2006 to retain your membership. To maintain your status, simply continue to meet the Associate Member criteria and renew your Associate Membership each year in Q4. Remember, you have until December 31, 2006 to accept the new Terms & Conditions, validate your profile, and meet the published criteria for Associate Members. There will be no downgrades in 2006, but Members who fail to do these things by year-end will be downgraded in January 2007.

Renewal details

Your renewal period runs from July through December of 2006.
What you need to do:

Meet the Associate Member purchase criteria for 2006: 50 units purchased from an Intel® Authorised Distributor from October 2005 through December 2006 OR 25 units purchased from an Intel® Authorised Distributor from July 2006 through December 2006. Ask your primary contact to complete an Associate Member renewal application online, including the following: Updated profile Annual programme Terms & Conditions Channel Trademark License Agreement, including Associate Member Logo License If you have moved up to Associate Member status between July and December of any year, you are not required to go through the renewal process for that year. However, if you have moved up between January and June, you do need to renew during the renewal period. Similarly, If you move up to Premier Member status between July and December of any year, you are not required to go through the renewal process for that year. However, if you move up between January and June, you do need to renew during the renewal period.
