Issues with Boxed Intel® Desktop Boards D815EEA2; D815EPEA2; D815EFV; D815EPFV and Intel® PRO/100 VE/VM Desktop Adapters

Summary:
Intel PRO/100 VE/VM desktop adapters when used in conjunction with D815EEA2, D815EPEA2, D815EFV, and D815EPFV motherboards do not function correctly.

Symptoms:
Intel PRO/100 VE/VM desktop adapters work correctly when the LAN driver is first installed. After shutting down the computer and restarting, users may experience LAN connectivity problems. Proper functionality of the PRO/100 VE/VM desktop adapters is restored by resetting the computer. This problem has been resolved with BIOS P13 for D815EEA2, D815EPEA2, D815EFV, and D815EPFV desktop boards.
