When installing any AGP or ADD card in a desktop board please ensure that that it is fully seated in the AGP connector before system power on. If the card is not fully seated in the AGP connector, it may result in an electrical short across the AGP slot pins. Depending on the over-current protection of the power supply, certain board components and/or traces may be damaged.
