A1: Eligible Intel® Channel Partner Program members can process a rebate request via the Intel® Reseller Center web site at http://www.intel.com/go/activate. Q2: When did this rebate program start? How long does it last? A2: The Intel vPro technology activation rebate is valid from Sept 27 2009 through Dec 26 2009 unless withdrawn or extended by Intel at its sole discretion. Any rebate request submitted after Dec 26 2009 (PST) will fall outside the scope of this program and will not qualify for the Activation Rebate for Q4-2009. Q3: Who qualifies for this rebate? A3: Only Active Intel® Channel Partner Program members are eligible for Intel® vPro™ technology activation incentives. Participation in the Intel® Channel Partner Program is subject to the terms and conditions (PDF 47KB) for the Intel® Channel Membership Programs. Q4: When will I receive my rebate payment? A4: The rebate(s) will be processed and paid directly to program members seven to nine weeks after the promotional period has ended. The Intel® Flex+ point assignment will be made in conjunction with the rebate payments. Q5: Who do I contact if I have a problem or question? A5: Questions should be directed to activate_vPro@intel.com Q6: Which Intel® vPro™ technology software vendors are participating in the program? A6: Specific ISVs were selected based on certain criteria, which includes: that their specific Intel® vPro™ technology-enabled software meets Intel requirements; and Intel® Channel Partner Program member feedback during the "Driving Business Change" workshops. Go to www.intel.com/go/activate for eligible software vendors. Q7: What if I use a software package that is not currently included in this program? A7: Please submit the Intel® vPro™ technology-enabled ISV tool you are using to activate_vPro@intel.com for consideration. The team will review these requests on a regular basis and may add additional vendors during the rebate period. Q8: What are the rebate amounts? A8: Intel will award qualifying activations to Intel® Channel Partner Program members as follows: Associate or Premier Partner Registered Partner Q9: Are there any rebate limits to this program? A9: The rebate program limits rebates to a maximum of 1000 units approved per program member per quarter. Q10: What countries are participating in the rebate program?
