1. Brady will provide a customizable laptop panels in an approved 10-mil velvet polycarbonate film with either permanent or removable adhesive. This panel will be full die-cut in pieces, radius corners, in a variety of colors depending on the artwork provided.
2. Customizable laptop panel adhesive options:

   • B. Removable adhesive- 3M #9425 5mil psa
3. The customizable laptop panels are available in the following sizes: 305x190mm (14.1W) and 210x335mm (15.4W). Any other size will need to be specified with Brady for a quotation.
4. Brady's Artwork Guidelines:
   Brady utilizes QuarkXpress* 6.5 to print all files to the digital press.
   Brady can accept electronic file types from other applications, which can then be imported into Quark Xpress. Those applications are:
   
   • Adobe* Illustrator* CS
   • Macromedia* Freehand* MX
   • CorelDRAW* 11
   • Adobe* Photoshop* CS

Tips
Any files created in newer versions of these programs will need to be "Saved Down" to the versions listed above so that they can be opened properly. Be aware that Fonts and Support Files may be embedded in the file. To avoid problems and delays, all fonts and support files should be sent along with any documents. Be sure to include bleed on all files created. If the final size is 8.5" x 11", build the file with a minimum of .25" all around (9" x 11.5").

5. Color Specification Guidelines
   All colors on the digital press are created in 4-color process; we cannot print metallic, and many of the pastels and neon colors are difficult to match with 4-color. Pantone Matching System (PMS) tolerances will be determined per artwork and material specification.
6. Lead times are set at 15 days. Customers will be advised of changes in lead time.
7. All orders will be processed through the correct global locations above. Payment terms and shipping method will be provided to each customer depending on their location.
