ADC Test Services Performing ENERGY STAR* Testing

The Intel ADC Eco-Smart FM Lab has been approved to participate in Advance Compliance Solutions, Inc. ACS) Data Acceptance Program (DAP) as a Supervised Manufacturer's Testing Laboratory (SMTL). Our Scope of Participation includes:

• ENERGY STAR* Program Requirements product Specification for Computers, Version 5.2
• ENERGY STAR* Program Requirements Product Specification for Computer Servers, Version 1.1

ADC Test Services

• Designed to significantly reduce cost and streamline process for integrators.
• Intel will test the system and provide debug services as needed

Qualifications for Test Service

1. Must be an EPA Partner
2. Must be an Intel Channel Platinum or Gold Partner program member
3. Product for Certification must be based on an Intel Desktop or Server Board, or a mobile product with Intel Architecture
4. Must sign the legal documents with Intel

North America and Latin America Test Service

• Cost of $400 per Product Family Certification (pricing subject to change--Please note, this will increase to $600 effective march 1, 2012)
  • $300 USD payable to Certification Body Advanced Compliance Solutions. Please note, this will increase to $500 effective March 1, 2012.

Latin America Specific

1. Reseller must be an EPA partner
2. Reseller contacts Intel or ACS to express interest in obtaining the ENERGY STAR* logo on their product
   • Schedule the service with Stephen Eastman

3. Reseller must sign 2 master agreements (once per company)
   • With ACS using the ACS Customer Agreement Form
   • With Intel Intel Test Services Agreement (obtain from Intel and return to Intel)
4. Reseller must complete each form per Product Family
   • With ACS ENERGY STAR Computers Application Form (obtain from ACS or Intel and first send to Intel for review, at step 9 send to ACS)
   • With Intel Pre-Testing Information Sheet (obtain from Intel and return to Intel)
5. Reseller must work payment with Intel and ACS separately
   • Intel information

     • Login with Intel Technology Provider username and password
     • In the search box right below the right of the Sales Tools Store title, click search
     • Type in ADC and the sku will come up. Complete sku name for purchase is Intel(R) ADC Test Service-ENERGY STAR* v5.2
       • Sku # ADCPMT003
     • Click the buy now button and proceed
     • Payment can be made using most major credit cards as well as Flex Cards
     • Can use Flex Points to pay for ACS Certification Services as well

7. Intel receives product from Reseller and verifies product matches both ACS ENERGY STAR* Application form and Intel Pre-testing Information Sheet
8. Intel sends any updates or corrections to Reseller based on received system
   • Intel will start testing system (SLA of 3 days starts now)
   • If debug is needed, SLA will be stopped and Reseller notified of recommendations
9. Reseller sends ENERGY STAR* Application Form to ACS and signs as needed
10. Intel completes testing on product
    • Finished Test Report will be sent to both ACS and Reseller
11. ACS Certifies and registers product with the EPA
12. Reseller can use the ENERGY STAR* logo on the product
