Solution
- An evaluation of 600 HP desktop PCs powered by Intel® Core™2 processors with vPro™ technology showed remote power-down can save up to 10 percent per year on energy costs. The time to reconfigure a PC after hardware or software issues was reduced from 24 hours to just two, and desk-side visits were reduced by 20 percent with a corresponding 10 percent drop in costs.
- Cuatrecasas plans to deploy HP desktop PCs powered by Intel® Core™2 processors with vPro™ technology in its branches around the world, with a view to activating even more advanced management features.
