Impact
By improving the security and reliability of customers’ IT environments and decreasing PC downtime, Intel® vPro™ technology is improving end-user productivity. More streamlined and efficient asset management is enabling Telefónica to deliver an even better level of service to its ‘Answer to Business People’ customers, for a lower TCO.

Next steps
The aim is to have Intel® vPro™ technology installed on all ‘Answers to Business People’ workstations. In addition, Telefónica anticipates that existing customers’ equipment will also be updated even before their four-year refresh cycle is complete.
