Arvind Sodhani, president of Intel Capital and Intel executive vice president, recently visited the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB) where he interacted with students and delivered a talk entitled “Investing in Innovation: Opportunities in India.” With about 150 students in attendance, many of whom have engineering backgrounds, Mr. Sodhani shared his thoughts on investing in technology innovation, the global economy, opportunities in India, and the importance of young leaders. This marked the start of ISB’s Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club activities. Students were excited to have a well respected expert from the venture capital world help launch club events.

| After Mr. Sodhani's discussion with the students, Intel Capital India Directors Mahesh Vaidya and Amit Bhel stayed to host a formal networking dinner with approximately twenty students. Students said the event was very helpful in understanding the venture capital industry. Those students planning to start entrepreneurial ventures soon after graduation were interested in receiving valuable tips on how to approach VCs for investment. Mr. Vaidya and Mr. Bhel also discussed the next generation of investment opportunities that they foresee in India.
