If you have technical product support inquiries, please visit our support site.

Intel support personnel answer a wide variety of questions and make every attempt to respond to inquiries within two business days. However, there are some inquiries that we are unable to support, such as questions regarding older or discontinued products, questions regarding other company's product(s), or questions regarding general personal computer usage.

Submitting product ideas or inventions

At Intel we have an extensive ongoing program of research and development. In order to prevent confusion or disputes regarding property rights in ideas or inventions, our policy is generally not to review unsolicited confidential material. If you wish to have Intel review any submission, please include a signed Non Confidential Disclosure Agreement (NCDA) with your materials. If the idea is one that you would like Intel to review, please be sure to include a title, description, and any other materials for Intel to consider.

Submitting commercial or ad ideas

Intel policy prohibits us from accepting unsolicited advertising ideas or suggestions.

Requesting PC stickers

For individuals we require verification of ownership of an Intel microprocessor-based system before we'll send a sticker. This verification can be a copy of an invoice, packing list, warranty card, etc. Please send the information to:
